About
Research Philosophy
We believe in:
- Purpose: The vision of a world without infectious diseases ๐ฆ
- Passion: The thrill of exploring the world through science conferences๐
- Innovation: Classically trained pharmacologists that are highly enthusiastic about new technologies ๐ค
Our research is driven by three pillars:
- More data ๐
- Reproducible analyses ๐ก
- Clear data visualization ๐
Research Approach
We integrate artificial intelligence with classical experimental techniques for drug discovery and development and other areas of research. Check out a few of our publicly visible Ongoing projects at the Lab GitHub, Zenodo or listed under publications
Research Workflow

We use a github-centered workflow that utilizes:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) (Cloud Computing)
- Ubuntu Linux (Linux Operating System)
- Docker (Containerization)
- Snakemake (Workflow Management)
- VSCode (Code Editor)
- RStudio Cloud (Code Editor)
- Jupyter Notebooks on Google Colab (Code Editor)
- Github (Version Control)
- Git (Version Control)
- Anaconda (Package Management)
- R Consortium (R Language Support)
- Zenodo (Data and Code Sharing)
- LaTeXand Overleaf (Publication Writing)
